- Business Case understanding
- Good understanding of business direction, what to achieve and how is required in “Supply Chain" Business Solution understanding.
- Understand business domain and processes
- "Supply Chain processes: Planning and execution and underlying financial processes" System solution design Understand system architecture / system functionality and the alignment with the business solution is essential Technology ( SAP : SD MM FI CO )
- Understand and experience with the SAP technology suite of products SD / MM FI/CO in a International context Technology ( Non-SAP ) PMO tools , PM , ticketing ,testing tools Project delivery Process
- Main focus on proper process is there and followed Project governance Main focus on proper governance is there and followed Stakeholder mgmt Ensure proper , full transparent , factual project status and plans for all type of stakeholders , to support the PM Leadership Be more autonomous in the leading , and take lead , even in difficult circumstances Customer focus Understand from customer viewpoint Commitment, dedication , agility, flexibility should be clear.
