Job Details:

Configuring the SAP PP (DTS), Manufacturing; Production Control and Manufacturing Planning and forecasting applications based on business requirements.
Be familiar with make to stock, make to order and discrete manufacturing configuration and functionality within SAP.
Develop RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversion, Enhancement and Forms) specifications to complete custom development identified as part of the 'go live'.
Provide project metrics to support the management of key project milestones and deliverables.
Build strong internal and external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to our changing business requirements.
Stay current with new technologies especially within the SAP Manufacturing, Production Control, Manufacturing Planning, and forecasting applications to align technologies with the business direction.
Support the development and enforcement of the policies and procedures for the introduction of application development enhancements.
Evolve into a key technical resource by working closely all business teams to understand and solve their business issues.
This position will require 35% travel, mostly in the U.S. and Canada.
A four-year College Degree from an 'accredited' University or significant experience in an IT related field is required.
A proven functional professional, with experience in full life cycle SAP R/3 implementations using the ASAP Methodology.
5+ years of experience in a technical role on SAP/R3 implementations in at least one manufacturing and distribution organization specifically working in the production planning (PP) area.
A proven resource in defining SAP system requirements with the ability to configure the SAP applications based on those requirements.
Hands-on practical experience with systems implementation methodologies and SAP configuration management.
Experiencing with SAP On-Going Technical and Application Support.

Job Details:

Lead and coordinate the planning and delivery of the technical development in one or more SAP implementation projects. Manage performance fine tuning and adherence to development standards for the broader SAP program.
Work collaboratively with project teams, the business, functional analysts and developers to ensure the best technical solution to complex programs.
Plan, manage and coordinate the implementation of RICEF objects including Custom transactions, Integration, SmartForms, and interfaces, primarily in SAP CRM environment and also in ECC.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or in a related field
At least 2-3 years of SAP CRM 7.0 technical development experience (excluding ECC)* ideally on 1-2 end-to-end CRM projects
5+ Years' experience using the SAP ABAP Workbench
Excellent working knowledge on BOL, CRM-specific BADIs, EEWB, GENIL, SAPArchive Link, ACE, SAP Workflow.
Ability to multi-task & handle high-pressure situations
Middleware experience with the execution of bi-directional data exchange between SAP CRM & ECC back-end a plus
Excellent Oral and written communication Skills
Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently. Ability to use good judgment to make effective decisions with appropriate risk-mitigation.

Must have some AFS to apply for this role – without it you won’t get to shortlist on this program of work. This is a global bespoke system that is being swapped out for an off the shelf package. You are going to be involved with the full integration of SD and AFS (using advanced and complex EDI).
Candidate must be mapping the “as is” and the “to be” modeling for the systems.
Candidate must be designing the access and controls of the new systems and making sure the rules and best practice are set. Enterprise level work is appropriate for this and English fluency is must.
Dutch preferred and will give you the advantage but non Dutch speakers considered. Must have manufacturing understanding and must have communication skills worthy of an analyst as you will be the voice of the project in this specific area.
