 Job Details:  

• Proficient in solving L2/ L3 tickets for SAP AMS support
• Should have at least 8 yrs overall experience and should have 6+ yrs of SAP HR experience
• Should have prior experience in supporting Global customer across multiple geographies.
• Should be able to independently resolve complex SAP HR tickets
• Should have excellent communication skills. Should have ability to converse with representatives from the customer business to resolve production problems and issues identify possible enhancements for improved efficiencies
• Should have excellent knowledge of PA&OM, LSO/Training and Event Management, Payroll (European), Time management with CATS.
