Job Location: Germany

Job Details:

Develop strategic plan for achieving stated growth goals of SAP SBU in EU for revenue and contribution margin.
Establishing a financial plan for SAP SBU in EU.
Provide direction to the sales, marketing, delivery and channel teams on a day to day basis to execute the strategic plan.
Establish executive level relationships with key clients and SAP leadership.
Provide direction to the team and have significant personal involvement in key pursuits for strategic engagements.
Evaluating and overseeing all business expansion opportunities.
Assisting direct reports with setting and meeting their goals.
Handle client escalations as warranted.

Skills Required:

Over 10 years of experience in SAP services and related areas.
Demonstrated experience in managing SAP revenue and/or P&L of at least 10 million USD per annum.
Experience working in different EU geographies.
Demonstrated expertise in client management.
Experience in managing sales teams either directly or indirectly.
Strong leadership, client management and team building skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work in a global multi cultural environment.
Ability to work in a Matrix organization structure.
