Job Details:

More than 15+ years of demonstrated SAP Implementation and Rollouts experience in Aviation and Defense and MRO industry expertise .
Ability to interact and influencing decisions at the Director, VP, and CIO level as it relates to SAP decisions.
Proven problem solving skills and techniques. Broad to advanced technical and business knowledge.
Ability to Program Manage an Implementation and rollout team of 100 + people
Business Acumen – Ability to speak about industry trends in Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Maintenance Repairs and Overhaul Industry.
Must have led multiple SAP implementations including green field implementations and rollouts across NA, EMEA and Asia.
A proven track record of successful project/program management in complex, multi-function programs.
Must have managed large, cross-division functional teams or projects that had a long term effect on the organization.
Excellent organizational skills, excellent English oral and written communications skills.
PMP Certification Preferred, and ASAP Toolset Methodology experience.
